Order Processing

All orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

·       Cut-off time: 12:00 PM AEST. Orders placed before this are processed same-day; anything after, or on weekends/public holidays, ships the next business day.

·       Processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods (e.g. launch week)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

·       Australia (AusPost Standard): 3–7 business days, free on orders over $100

·       International (AusPost Standard): 10–20 business days, rates calculated at checkout by destination

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with AusPost tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update once the parcel is collected.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Contact us at admin@ruknclothing.com with your order number and tracking details if your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.
